Structure
ARGUS Private Partners SICAV p.l.c. is organised as a multi-fund public limited liability company with variable share capital under the Companies Act (Cap. 386 of the laws of Malta). Each sub-fund constitutes a segregated patrimony of assets and liabilities.
The Sub-Fund
The ARGUS Strategy Fund offers Class A USD Investor Shares at an initial price of USD 100. Shares are accumulating, subscribed on the first business day of each month, and valued on the last business day of each month.
Governance
The Company is third-party managed by GuildAM Ltd, administered by CC Fund Services (Malta) Limited, and overseen by an independent board of directors under Maltese fund governance standards.

The Investment Manager employs a hybrid approach that integrates artificial intelligence-driven analytics, quantitative models and discretionary macroeconomic judgment to identify asymmetric return opportunities across markets. The strategy seeks absolute returns over a full market cycle and is not constrained by any benchmark.
Risk management is integral to the investment process and includes disciplined position sizing, exposure limits, liquidity monitoring and active drawdown control. The Investment Manager retains discretion to materially reduce net and gross exposure during periods of heightened volatility or systemic risk.
